Delivery During Coronavirus
For the duration of the Coronavirus movement restrictions, we will be using Royal Mail second class for our deliveries as we are able to use this service without needing to enter a Post Office or create unnecessary journeys for ourselves or our wonderful Post Master. This may result in slightly longer delivery times, but our experience so far is that the service remains very reliable.
Standard UK Service
Our standard shipping charge is £4.99, irrespective of the size of your order, and we use Royal Mails 48 Hour Signed-For service. Your package should arrive within five working days. If you are not home to collect your parcel, Royal Mail will try and deliver to your immediate neighbours; otherwise, they will leave you a card and return your parcel to your local sorting office for collection within 18 days.
There are a small number of postcodes, usually in remote rural areas, where we cannot guarantee delivery within our usual timescales; you probably know if you live in one of these areas and if this is the case, please allow additional time for delivery.
UK Next Day Service
Select this option at checkout for next day delivery, guaranteed before 5pm. Your order must be completed before 1pm to qualify. UK Next Day applies to UK mainland only. Northern Ireland and offshore addresses please allow one extra day for delivery when using this option.
We welcome orders to all BFPO addresses which are charged at our UK flat rate of £4.99. BFPO Parcels are delivered to Mill Hill in London and onwards to your own destination via the BFPO network. There may be some product restrictions, but we will contact you if your order is affected by this. For delivery times please refer to the BFPO website.
We can only track BFPO parcel delivery to Mill Hill and ask that BFPO customers allow sufficient time to receive their goods, particularly non-European and distant geographies.
Delivery to non UK destinations depends on:
- The destination country
- The weight of the parcel
- The size of the parcel

A few of our costumes are too large to be delivered by our usual Royal Mail service and can only be dispatched by courier. If this is the case, there may be additional delivery charges and we will let you know at checkout.
